project management岗位职责

一、工作职责：
1.领导和组织项目小组，进行产品开发设计，新技术研究，成本核算，项目计划与控制；
2.在项目开发各个阶段（从项目启动至批量生产认可）协调组织项目组成员及相关方，就产品的实现和成本降低制定短期和长期的行动计划并跟踪其闭环；
3.组织项目的阶段评审，分配和调整项目资源，包括进度，预算，资源和质量目标；
4.组织识别产品的关键特性和完成各阶段的技术文档和项目文件的制定和发行，参与产品设计结果审核（2D&3D）；
5.对接客户，负责产品开发过程中客户端问题的跟踪解决，协调公司内部资源提供解决方案；
6.协调公司内部各对接部门与客户和供应商之间的沟通；
7.协助处理在批量生产期间的产品技术和质量问题，参与产品的持续改进（成本优化）；
8.对项目小组成员进行业绩评估；
9.完成上级安排的其他任务。

二、任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业背景；
2.两年以上制造业项目管理经验；
3.具备良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；
4.熟悉产品的开发设计标准和工作原理；
5.熟悉IATF16949体系要求，五大质量工具：APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP；
6.熟悉PMBOK知识体系，并能梳理运用项目管理的基本方法（PMP认证者优先）；
7.较强的人际交往和沟通能力。

Job Description:
• Lead all project initiation planning efforts. Participate in the implementation execution of a given project. Establishes project objectives, timelines deliverables.
Defines project tasks resource requirements. Closely monitor/control project progression to ensure project is completed on schedule within budget. Reports project
progress to all key stakeholders.
• Supports the technical team to investigate any project challenges by necessary risk assessment tools & techniques, then implements corrective measures.
• Serves as liaison with client contacts, manages day-to-day communicationsganizes project team meetings.
• Represents company in project meetings, prepares meeting agenda minutes, follows up on action items.
• Evaluates assesses project results provides recommendations ffuture improvements.
• Provides support to the business development team joining customer visits, conferences tradeshows.
• Facilitates the generation of Quotations/Proposals/Changeders with inputs from key stakeholders fexisting relationships.
Qualifications fthe position:
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
• Candidate should possess strong effective project management, problem solving interpersonal skills have a proven track record working cross-functionally across a wide variety of technical, business operational areas.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry drug development.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical biotech industry experience in discovery chemistry, CMC process development and/GMP manufacturing.
• Working knowledge understanding of regulatory standards (ICH, FDA) industry trends in small molecule drug development‌ is a plus.
• Experience in a Contract Researchganization (CRO) Contract Manufacturingganization (CMO) is preferred, but not required.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office products.
Independence/Accountability:
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible.
• Must beganized detailed-oriented.
Problem Solving:
• Proven experience in creating carrying out successful plans processes to solve complex problems.
Leadership Activities:
• Work closely with team members across all CDMO related business units with the management team to ensure coordination of all efforts real-time communication with all stakeholders.
• Communication Skills:
• Proficiency in both English Mandarin is required.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation skills). Customary Education Experience:
• Masters (MS) PhD in life sciences; chemistry preferred
• A minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical CRO/CMO industry experience preferably in API process R&D manufacturing and/Drug Product R&D manufacturing.
• Priexperience in project management managing external research collaborations, with PMP certification is a plus.
