岗位职责：
1、根据各门店需求，做好新产品的研发及常规产品的生产管理工作；
2、负责中央厨房的日常管理、人员配置、设备配置及生产计划安排；
3、对产品配方及相关工艺提出合理化建议，并持续改进；
4、负责产品的食品安全管理和生产的安全管理工作；
5、熟悉了解市场行情，负责大宗货物的采购，供货商谈判、渠道的考察和开发；
6、重视食品安全和生产安全，做好库存管理，定期盘点，临期物资及时报备，合理处理。
任职要求：
1、具备品牌连锁企业中央厨房管理经验；
2、熟悉精通中央厨房各项标准化操作流程；
