ALRAC is fully named as AVIC Leihua Rockwell Collins Avionics Company. ALRAC is jointly invested by LETRI and RCI, and established in the legal form of Contractual Joint Venture. It was established in May 31, 2013 and located in Building A5, No777, Jianzhu Rd., Binhu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. ALRAC is established to support and supply surveillance systems and products toward the COMAC C919 program and to promote China in-country capability build-up and knowledge transfer from oversees.
