As a representative of Sourcing and Operations, support Sourcing initiatives including supplier management, strategic sourcing as well as TCP (Total Cost Productivity) activities.
Work closely with cross functional teams to identify supply chain capability and quality gaps, product opportunities, and cost out targets
Partner with cross functional teams such as Purchasing, QA and Engineering to support Sourcing goals.
1. Play role as groundcrew of Sourcing, visit suppliers on regular basis, understand their capacity and capability status, and find cost saving opportunities.
2. Build and maintain professional relationship with suppliers as well as internal team members to ensure successful execution of Sourcing activities.
3. Conduct new vendor audit on behalf of Sourcing before we decide to engage further. Manage the onboarding process for new vendor relationships ensuring that the accurate assessments, audits, documentation, and contracts are in place
4. Support supplier management, strategic sourcing as well as TCP cost saving initiatives by establishing cost models for major product segments and building relationships with key business partners and suppliers to foster improvements in the area of cost and process.
5. Assist with Supply Chain stakeholders for vendor production and delivery issues as well as working with active suppliers to identify and address any potential supply chain disruption.
6. All other duties the supervisor/company might assign.
7. Assist Sourcing Manager with the negotiation of contractual terms as necessary.

College degree, in Business or Engineering
CET 6 or Conversational Oral English certificate
Minimum 5 year experience in Sourcing or Supplier Chain Management/ Vendor management.
Proven working experience in lighting or furniture industry is preferred
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines, with competing deadlines Software/Hardware/Systems: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
