公司的前身是宁波东方机械设备进出口有限公司，公司注册资金1000万元人民币，公司长期与ABB、KUKA、motoman、Fanuc、松下等机器人公司合作，共同拓展机器人广阔的应用领域，同时与Fronius、松下，Kemppi、Megmeet、Esab等相关焊接系统制造商合作，拓展了机器人与焊接自动化的全新领域，自主研发机器人系统的设计与制造，目前专注于焊接机器人、码垛机器人、上下料机器人、搬运机器人、喷涂机器人等系统的集成与应用。公司为自动化控制设备的设计、制造、现场安装调试等提供交钥匙工程。
