    The Technical Marketing Engineer need leverage deep technical expertise in automotive motdrivers (fBody control, Chassis, Powertrain, ADAS & Cockpit, etc.) market insights to develop compelling technical product, support customer engagement, drive product adoption across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive technology partners. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, customer-centricity, strategic marketing thinking to position our motdriver solutions as industry-leading.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1.Expexisting business, dig out the customer the existing solutions. Serve as the technical authority fautomotive motproducts, translating complex engineering requirements (e.g., Internal safety diagnostic features, EMI, thermal management, integration compatibility, function safety) customer-centric value solution; 开拓市场,挖掘客户需求,提出有价值和可行的解决方案 (满足如内部安全和诊断功能、EMI、热管理、集成兼容性、功能安全等应用需求);
    2.Analyze competition solution the advantages disadvantages of MPS solutions, ownership of new products from product definition stage through production.     Requirements & Qualifications
    1.MSEE equivalent with 3+ years Bacheldegree with 5+ years of professional experience in automotive motapplications, a related technical field – experience with automotive motdriver solutions in Body control, Chassis, ADAS & Cockpit, automotive powertrain systems is mandatory.

    2.Majmotdriver solution related, working Experience with automotive applications. Strong technical knowledge of motdriver principles (BLDC, stepper, BDC motdriver), automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
