佳通轮胎（中国）研发中心简介 Brief Introduction of GITI Tire (China) R&D Center
佳通轮胎（中国）研发中心创建于2003年03月01日，是人数*多、研发实力*强、*为核心的研发中心。研发中心位于安徽合肥经济技术开发区，建有6层蕴含尖端科技的办公楼及占地6000多平米的试验楼。研发中心在2016年被评为国家认定企业技术中心，其实验室在2010年通过了国家认可实验室CNAS认证。
Established on March 1st , 2003, GITI Tire (China) R&D center has become the core center with the most employees and strongest R&D capability. Standing in the economic and technological development zone, Hefei city, Anhui province, Giti Tire (China) R&D center possesses a 6-floor office building breeding cutting-edge technology and a laboratory building covering an area of over 6,000 square meters. In 2010, the R&D center passed the CNAS certification to become a national recognized testing laboratory and was regarded as the National Enterprise Technology Center in 2016.

工作时间 Working Time
双休，五天八小时工作制；法定节假日正常休息；
Eight hours per day and five working days per week with two-day rest on weekends and other normal rests on statutory holidays.

培训发展 Training and Development
完善的培训体系（内部培训、外部培训），新员工导师制，职业技能培训，海外研发中心交流培训、个人职业生涯规划、技术与管理双层晋升通道。
Perfect Training system(internal and external training) and tutorial system for new employees, occupational skill training, communication training among overseas R&D centers, personal career planning and two-way promotion channels by both technical and management ways.

薪资福利 Salary and Welfare
1、合肥地区具有竞争力的起薪，年终奖、特殊奖励、固定调薪，加班支付加班费，入职即缴纳五险一金，享受带薪休假与公司福利年假；Competitive starting salary level in Hefei; year-end bonus, special awards and fixed salary adjustment; due overtime fee for overtime work; company-paid five social insurance and one housing fund upon employees’ entry, paid leave and welfare annual leave;
