Job Responsibilities：
• Deliver management reporting, provide data based on which decision can be made
• Monitvalue flow, identify the deviation of the process, make the process accurate more efficient
• Support business process excellence automation
• Proceed Controlling transactional work in automated way
• To meet the requirement of month-end SAP_CO close activities including analytical review of the monthly results variance analysis
• To support the Business by developing enhancing forward looking metrics including on-going rolling forecasts.
• To review assets valuation including inventory Capex
• To verify Capital Expense monitthe movement of Capital investment concerning Operational Excellence
• To participate in regional SAP implementation improvement projects
• Other ad hoc tasks required by manager
Job requirements
• Type of education degree: Bacheldegree with majin Accounting, FP&A Costing
• Language: Fluental written English
• Professional Certification: CMA other accounting certificate is a plus
• Total 8-10 years finance working experience, including 3-5 years FP&A experiences, costing is a plus
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Better to have process improvement achievement
• Excel: Advanced Excel user,
• Power BI, Excel Query, Microsoft access knowledge is a plus
• ERP: SAP FI/CO/MM module
• Drive influence business process improvement
• Effective communication good team work
• Strong business partnering

Role Summary
Overall responsible fmaterial planning management, to ensure companys products as planned, deliver to meet customer requirement (meet monthly OTD).
Majresponsibilities:-
1. Monitconsign material shipment sent out to EMS is on track to ensure production lines are achieving 100% on time delivery
2. Ensure incoming material are follow basic standard packder fulfilment
3. Review new salesders from time to time to ensure allders are entered driving material accurately
4. Review new BOM release to ensure no impact on production line
5. Collaborate with demplanner in demforecast
6. Monitsystem inventory number vs physical by weekly basics
7. Perform other duties as assigned
Minresponsibilities:-
1. Have material planning, comprehensive management, training other experience ability
2. PCBA manufacturing process planning management experience, familiar with SMT, DIP process, production equipment other resources, etc., leading the arrangement of production master plan to ensure optimal production efficiency maximum production capacity.
3. Be able to independently lead the design scheduling of annual, quarterly, monthly daily plans, be familiar with the management exception handling skills of the implementation process.
4. Good coordination communication skills to deal with unexpected events resilience in an optimal way.
5. Familiar with SRM, CRM, MES, ERP, OA other system operation application, has the leading central warehouse multi-scenario inventory operation experience.

Minimum 3 year of experience in electronics communications manufacturing PMC position
Qualifications:-
1. Education level: College education with electronics, communications, business management related professional.
2. Year Experience : 3 year & above
3. Capability: Personality is more extroverted, good at interpersonal communication, instrument talk generous decent.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, coordination skills, horizontal, vertical communication business proficiency.

Responsibilities：
1. Deep dive on Salesder report by region/product line/sales responsible
2. SGA expense budgeting setup regular tracking with cost center
3. Work with cross function(accounting, customer service, sales, marketing)to ensure financial result accuracy
4. Monthly closing forecast, budget PL.
5. Other Ad hoc financial business analysis
Requirements:
1. Bacheldegree above
2. Above 5 years working experience
3. Smart proactive, team player good communication skills is a must
4. Big 4 experience is preferred
5. Good skill on excel, Macro BI knowledge is a plus
6. Good English in speaking writing
