在职管理：处理员工数据变更（如住址、婚姻状况）、开立在职证明、通过电话回答员工提出的公司政策相关问题。
离职管理：办理离职手续。

Associate HR Specialist
Responsibilities may include the following other duties may be assigned.
1. Response employee manager questions through hotline email on time.
2. Provides human resource administration support across a variety of processes, such as on-boarding, off-boarding, data change reports etc.
3. Ensures transactions are processed accurately human resource programs processes are administered effectively efficiently.
4. Works under moderate supervision, making minadjustments to methods processes inder to drive fcontinuous improvement.
5. Communicates typically with internal customers (employees managers) by answering/providing information requiring some explanation interpretation ftheir enquiries
6. Support ad hoc cross COE/function global projects if requested.
Required Knowledge Experience:
1. Requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience fresh graduate with HR internship experience would be preferred
2. Be flexible to adapt the every-changing working environment can be muti-task
3. Drive fteam spirit
4. Be required a person who is detail-minded fpreparing reports/data analysis good at communication internal external
5. Proficient in using Microsoft like excel
6. A strong passionate fprocess continuous improvement upon the new technologies could be adapted system, online channel etc. is a must

Responsibilities:
• Participate in daily FAAS engagements.
• Receive direction from the Manager, SeniManager Partner execute procedures using the FAAS service delivery framework.
• Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status.
• Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables reports.
• Discuss moderately complex accounting with the engagement team client management. Analyze evidence, reach conclusions, interpret apply standards, identify non-compliance while applying a balanced view of all client matters.
• Apply independent objective professional judgment in applying auditing accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.
• Review work of professionals to ensure completeness, accuracy, proper documentation. Provide daily guidance coaching to professionals help mentor, develop evaluate them.
• Archive FAAS engagements in a timely manner in compliance withganization policy.
• Develop maintain productive working relationships with client personnel assess client satisfaction.

About you
- Minimum 5 years of pharma industrial experience
- Strong strategic thinking of product/portfolio strategy
- Partnership mgmt commercial related experience is a plus
