ma岗位职责

职位描述:
1、负责亚马逊账号的日常销售工作,控制产品风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划，将产品发布到亚马逊站点及已上架产品的日常更新维护等等；
2、孰悉亚马逊平台，负责亚马逊销售市场的调查分析、制定销售策略，达成亚马逊销售业绩；
3、收集amazon.com平台上公司主营产品相关市场的销售情况，并针对竞争商家的产品及营销方式进行分析，及时制定和更新本公司的产品销售推广策略；
4、熟练使用亚马逊平台营销工具，对推广效果进行评估，对店铺及产品访问量、转化率数据进行分析；
5、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可靠的改进方案；
6、保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；
7、根据销售策略制作产品广告模板；


任职资格：
1、有Amazon亚马逊平台运营经验并懂得亚马逊所有操作2年以上经验者优先考虑；
2、熟练亚马逊平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程，扩大交易量的方法和技巧；
3、熟悉亚马逊政策和规定，并能运用于店铺日常经营当中，能妥善解决可能出现的各种争议，*大程度的维护公司利益；
4、思维灵活具有较强逻辑性,良好的沟通能力和团队合作管理能力；
5、英语CET-6以上，听说能力良好，读写能力优秀；
6、大专以上学历 ，具有良好的沟通协作能力和文案水平,精通amazon交易与推广流程。
7、有良好的团队合作意识，耐心、诚恳，有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度。

4. Field Test power station performance analysis (10%)
a. Field test fCTM performance in small grid(fnew technology, such as 3M reflection tape,
new reflection Texture ribbon B/S high trans. ARC )
b. Material performance collection analysis of power station fmaterial research
5. New material introduction fCTM Cost down (60%)
a. Trial run

Requirements:
1. Bacheldegree, Master is better, majin Polymer Material related.
2. English is good in writing speaking.
3. More than 5 years’ experiences, experience on EVA B/S in university material manufacturer is perfect.
