cto岗位职责

Main responsibility:
1. Maintain Salesder in SAP system;在SAP系统中维护销售订单
2. Receive SO, follow up make sureders will be ship out on time; 接收销售订单，跟进并确保订单按时发货
3. Communicate with customer internal department to solve the referenceders issues;与客户及内部部门沟通解决订单问题
4. Assist shipping team arrange the shipment, make sure the good can be arrived at customers’site smoothly; 协助物流团队安排运输，确保货物顺利到达客户处
5. Send weekly report to Business Unit；每周向BU发送报告
6. Accurateder management analysis;准确的订单管理与分析
7. Follow upders status timely delivery follow up;及时跟进订单状态及交付跟进
8. Keep factory OFR；保持工厂订单OFR

1. JuniCollege above
2. Familiar with work in SAP system
3. More than 3 years relativeder handling follow up experiences.
4.Good on English reading; writing speaking

岗位职责：
1. 为酒店开发和制定营收销售和营销战略，保证营销战略的实施，并达到预期的销售目标。定期联络客户并直接向客户销售酒店客房，会议室和餐饮服务。
2. 拟定并执行销售计划，推动客房入住率明显上升，提高平均房价，提升业务量，增加餐饮和宴会销售。
3. 准备每月报表和销售预测，分析当前和潜在的营销趋势，规划各种活动增加营收与市场份额，并监督员工工作绩效，确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划。
4. 处理员工日常销售事务，计划并分配工作，为团队成员设立工作绩效目标。
5. 同主要客户和外部相关人员建立联系并保持联络，借此增加团队及会议业务量，包括客房销售，餐饮销售和宴会服务等。
任职要求：
1. 大专，市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历优先。
2. 两年以上同等品牌连锁酒店工作经验，有本地政府市场工作经验优先。
3. 能同时使用其他语言者优先。
