Job Description
In your new role you will:
•Orchestrate product technical support fIPM products to Greater China customer FAE teams.
•Drive autonomously technical design-in activities in close collaboration with sales team.
•Drive the technical definition of products solutions targeting automotive home appliance applications fGC market contribute to the business segment roadmaps (e.g. product innovation roadmaps)
•Build up relationships influence key decision makers with customers.
•Set up drive technical partnership from concept study to prototyping with local partner ecosystem.
•Act as the local product line representative fstandardization groups industry associations.

You are best equipped fthis task if you have:
•University degree in Electrical Engineering comparable
•At least 10 years professional experience within semiconductpower electronic market, as application engineer, system engineer, concept engineer alike
•Good working knowledge of power semiconducttechnologies, incl: widebandgap, discretes, modules, gate drivers.
•Good understanding of home appliance (AirCon, White Goods) andautomotive applications (OBC e-compressor)
•Proven track record to drive successfully product definition at key customer accounts
•Demonstrated high customerientation
•Ability to manage stakeholders in a globalganization
•Intimate with Chinese business culture
•Excellent English Chinese communication skills
•Readiness to travel regularly (incl. intercontinental)

Overview
Field Service Engineer is responsible to maintain, install repair AXS products at both internal external customer sites. This position works independently to resolve all assigned customer technical issues. Partners with Sales Service management to drive customer satisfaction business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Completes successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products responsibilities
• Working knowledge of applications/software workflow
• Performing high quality installation, repair maintenance on AXS instruments
• Assigned responsible fcustomer satisfaction
• Performs IQ/OQ other qualification products. Includes training.
• Performs preventive maintenance on products
• Demonstrates completes all administration duties
• Maintains own tool parts inventory to ensure adequate supply
• Assist District/Process Manager with coordinating background work leading technical discussions fregional escalations
• Troubleshoots resolves difficult service situations both within assigned accounts as well as across the district/region
• Detailed technical speech of company products in seminars.
• May fill in fDistrict Manager as needed

• Bacheldegree above, majin: Physics Electronics, Mechanical.
• Over 2-3 years customer service experience
• Proven system analytical problem solving skills.
• Works independently as part of team
• Knowledge of electrical electro- mechanical technology

Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Lead advanced packaging process engagements with China based customers, establishing trusted technical partnerships translating customer requirements FabVantage value added solutions
Identify, analyze, resolve high value process and/integration issues using FabVantage methodologies, advanced data analytics, AI enabled tools (JMP, FSS, AIx)
Define implement best practices fadvanced packaging modules, enabling service opportunities in support of AGS sales initiatives
Drive knowledge capture by documenting findings, writing technical reports, delivering presentations to internal stakeholders customers
Utilize techniques, define methods, apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/perform hardware characterization on complex systems
Develop, plan, execute process engineering projects, within safety guidelines
Communicate engage with customers to resolve a broad spectrum of complex process engineering issues, with limited supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, related disciplines.
5+ years above of experience in the semiconductpackaging industry.
Hands‑on experience in advanced packaging process strongly preferred.
Demonstrates conceptual practical expertise in complex problem solving

Location: Shanghai/Hangzhou/Hefei/Nanjing/Suzhou/Wuxi
Required Skills & Expertise:
Familiar with semiconductbackend packaging processes, expertise in CMP and/Etch would be plus, knowledge on HBM, 2.5D/3D pkg, high‑density interconnects strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in data analytics, DOE, statistical analysis tools (such as JMP & Applied Pro); experience with AIx databases digital FabVantage platforms preferred
Proven ability to solve complex process problems, perform rigorous root cause analysis, deliver sustainable improvements.
Excellent communication technical presentation skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in customer‑facing, cross‑functional environments with measurable business impact
