工作地点：越南北宁省光州工业园（立讯）
岗位职责：
1、客户对接与需求管理：
作为对客户（苹果）的重要接口，负责日常沟通、进度汇报（如日/周报）、会议组织及客户来访接待。
准确理解并传达客户在Build Plan（生产计划）、Ramp Curve（爬坡曲线） 等各个阶段的所有需求
2、项目计划与交付驱动：
依据客户计划，主导制定工厂内部的整体项目主计划（Master Schedule），并驱动所有部门按节点完成。核心目标是确保准时交付（On-Time Delivery）
3、跨部门协调与资源保障
横向拉通并强力驱动工程、生产、计划、采购、质量等所有部门，协调人、机、料、法、环等资源，确保项目顺利推进；
主导解决项目过程中的所有问题，并跟踪闭环
4、运营绩效与成本管控：
监控并推动达成项目的核心KPI，如良率（Yield）、效率（Efficiency）、成本（Cost）；
推动工艺流程优化和自动化，以实现降本增效
5、新产品导入与量产爬坡：
主导NPI（新产品导入） 到 MP（量产） 的全过程，包括试产准备、问题解决，并确保量产爬坡（Ramp-up）平稳快速达成
任职要求：
基本条件：
10年以上消费电子FATP制造项目管理经验，对接过苹果产品优先（其中PM团队管理经验不少于5年）；
本科及以上学历，工程类（机械、电子、工业工程等）或管理类专业
英语口语流利，作为工作语言，必须能熟练地与欧美客户进行沟通交流
专业素养：
较强的沟通与协调力：需在客户压力和内部部门间做好平衡，是优秀的组织者和问题解决者；
强大的执行力与抗压力：以结果为导向，能在高强度、快节奏的环境下驱动项目前进；
数据与细节敏感度：精通Excel、PPT等工具，善于通过数据分析发现问题、汇报进展；
技术理解力：对FATP的工艺流程、测试方案、可制造性有基本理解，能与技术团队高效沟通

Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in the definition refinement of L2 & L3 intelligent driving & automatic parking functions, including functional logic, user interaction, performance indicators boundary conditions.
• Collect, analyze specify typical challenging driving & parking scenarios, support scenario-based development testing.
• Research interpret Chinas laws, regulations industry standards related to intelligent connected vehicles autonomous driving, generate corresponding functional requirements to ensure that the developed L2 & L3 driving parking functions are fully aligned with Chinas regulatory requirements.
• Track the iteration of Chinas relevant laws regulations, timely adjust the functional requirement framework, provide professional suggestions fthe compliance of the project in the Chinese market.
• Understfollow automotive V&V (Verification & Validation) process, including requirement verification, system integration test, HIL/VIL/vehicle test coordination.
Qualification:
Location: Shanghai
• Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering related.
• Familiar with L2 & L3 driving parking function requirements definition, scenario description function logic.
• Proficient in Chinas laws, regulations industry standards related to intelligent connected vehicles ADAS, with the ability to interpret regulatory clauses generate corresponding functional requirements.
• Understautomotive V&V verification & validation process related test methods.
• Fluent English (written & verbal) fdaily work, documentation cross-team communication.
• Strong logical thinking, learning ability problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, communication project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in OEM Tier1 ADAS/Autonomous Driving function development, test validation.
• Knowledge of automotive functional safety, system architecture requirement tools.
• Familiar with Volkswagen Group development process, standards toolchain.
• German language skills (reading, writing, speaking) is a plus.

岗位职责：
1、负责消费电子硬件产品（如PC、手机、平板、穿戴设备等）从立项到量产交付的全周期管理，确保产品按计划上市；
2、主导跨部门协同（研发、供应链、生产、质量、营销等），推动产品需求落地，解决项目过程中的技术、资源、成本冲突；
3、监控项目进度、成本、质量风险，定期向管理层汇报项目状态，制定风险应对策略；
4、管理供应商与合作伙伴对接，确保关键物料、模具、生产资源的及时到位；
5、推动产品标准化和流程优化，提升产品开发效率与可制造性。
任职资格：
必备条件，消费电子FATP 项目运营管理经验；英文流利；可接受出差越南
优先条件，服务过Dell、HP、联想等笔电客户
1、5年以上消费电子行业产品项目管理经验，至少完整主导过2个以上量产项目（手机/智能硬件类优先）；
2、 熟悉IPD、生产制造相关流程优先；
3、 熟悉3C产品生产制造工艺流程，有项目管理优先考虑；
4、熟悉ERP系统（如SAP、MES）、office、项目管理工具等软件；
5、熟悉掌握项目管理知识体系，BOM/WBS/物料管理相关管理理念和工作方法；
6、熟悉终端产品研发开发流程及各阶段主要任务；
7、具备大客户项目管理经验(DELL、HP、联想等项目优先)，并能带领项目组成员完成重大项目交付；
8、具备较强的分析和判断能力，良好的归纳总结和写作能力，抗压能力强，具有高度的工作热情，能够协调跨部门团队合作；
9、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信工程、软件工程等相关专业；
10、具备良好的英文能力及report能力
