About the job:
• Follow established sales processes guidelines to promote sell Alfa Laval Product services.
• Analyze understmarket insights the customers buying behavimake sales plans according to the business division strategy targets, by working closely with experienced sales sales team leader.
• Look fmanage leads from the market customers, convert them in real business opportunities in other to en sure the pipeline.
• Be active in the market focus on making visits, meetings interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding highlighting the value of our products services.
• Runs the operation by managing the customer grid proactive planning in our tools.
• Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points follow up.
• Use the CRM tool other tools in a consistent qualitative way, to support the sales process take decisions.

About the job:
Commissioning - duties responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

● Commissioning of products systems on new-building ships. Product systems are mostly under BU HGS, which includes but not limited to boiler. Commissioning locations are mostly within China Mainland, but rarely worldwide.
● Inspection, service troubleshooting tasks on product systems.
● Investigative activities in connection with commissioning, service jobs onboard ships.
● Training of shipcrew shipyard staff in connection with commissioning onboard voyage
● Completion of reports within employees duites as required by the Company department.
● Sales-support activities in connection with quotations searching fnew customers jobs.
Other allied jobs, which are assigned by the Company/supervisfrom time to time.

What you know:
Knowledge & Skills:
Marine Engineering background with good hands-on electrical mechanical technical skills. (Degree in Electrical Marine Engineering and/with a sailing experience as Electrical Officer also acceptable.) It is preferred if you have worked fminimum 3 years as a Marine Engineer; It is preferred if you have knowledge about boiler, especially have wide insight on mechanism, control systems component. Fluent in bothal written English is preferred. Experience in coordination planning of a mobile work force.
Attitude:
Flexible can do will do attitude. Service minded customeriented. Independent situational Able to display high levels of trust, reliability most importantly, confidentiality. Targetiented, ability to meet deadlines work under pressure. Familiar with the most common Microsoft products Willing to travel within China frequently.

RF Engineer, who is responsible fhandling with RF matters of plasma etcher system, kindly cooperating with partners to design optimize RF system, such as RF generators / RF Match / Vpp detect/ AEIT…, providing failure analysis, troubleshooting customer support. This job also needs candidate to have ability to design develop RF system fnew product, operate CIP tests fRF system optimization, prepare documentation to release design change to production.

岗位要求：
1.博士或者硕士学历，物理、射频、等离子体或电子背景等相关理工科专业
2.有自己作为负责人和执行人来主导产品开发或设计测试经验，动手能力强。优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用数据分析工具（如 Excel,igin, Python, Matlab 等）
3.工作态度积极，学习能力强，有自驱力可以作为owner独立承担某方面工作
4.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档
5.有使用真空设备、等离子体设备或相关表征设备的经验
6.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识
7.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
8.具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性
1. Doctoral Master degree, fresh graduate (graduation date: 2026). Physics, radio frequency, plasma, electronic background related science engineering majors.
2. Have experience as a responsible person executto lead product development design testing, with strong hands-on ability. Excellent data analysis logical thinking skills, proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel,igin, Python, Matlab, etc.
3. Have a positive work attitude, strong learning ability, self motivation to independently undertake certain aspects of work as an owner.
4. Excellent English reading writing skills, able to read professional literature technical documents.
5. Experience in using vacuum equipment, plasma equipment, related characterization equipment.
6. Be meticulous, responsible, have a good awareness of experimental safety.
7. Proactive, possessing good communication skills teamwork spirit.
8. Possess strong ability to withstpressure problem-solving resilience.
