engineer岗位职责

1.协助分公司HSE经理对分包商进行审核
2.进行现场安全检查(服务/NI)，并对违反职业安全卫生法规的TKE员工和分包商员工采取纪律处分
3.监督和评估工作现场安全设备和个人防护装备的使用情况
4.协助分公司HSE经理跟踪分公司各职能部门的HSE绩效目标
5.协助分公司HSE经理组织每月HSE委员会会议
6.监督和强制相关部门和分包商采取纠正措施，防止危险情况或行为的再次发生。
7.协助分公司HSE经理对分包商和tkEC员工进行相关培训，或根据要求提醒员工进行培训，并保存培训数据
8.促进风险评估，以支持NI和服务功能识别风险
9.协助分公司HSE经理调查工伤、疾病和未遂事故
10.完成上级安排的其他任务
11. 确保遵守公司的各项政策和程序。
12. 确保公司工具和资源的使用符合指导方针。
13. 按照安全管理制度执行所有安全政策、程序和工作指示，履行安全手册中规定的职责，以保护自己和同事的安全。
14. 完成上级安排的其他任务。

主要职责

1 24X7 远程操作；遵守公司安健环质法则和规定；安全操作装置；

2 执行远程开停机 按照装置SOP执行开停机操作；按照规定完成开停机检查清单的填写；书面总结并分享开机回顾。

3 根据管道需求和生产计划，调整装置负荷，维持装置在可靠、高效的状态下运行， 准确按时调整液体产量，监测液体产量符合预测的生产计划；完成定时巡检工作，监控参数正常；

4 工艺及装置设备故障应急操作处理并及时汇报 按照应急预案，完成对工艺紊乱，或设备故障的应急操作处理，维持装置的运行可靠性。遵守中国区重大事件汇报程序（SOP-201）

5 保持与工厂人员的日常沟通 按照ROC日常操作流程，保持和工厂人员的日常沟通，完善沟通记录和交接班记录（E-log）

POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）
The individual fthis position will take main responsibility of new product development fGenesis Medtech market in China as well as Global Market, will independently working in product development area as well as product sustaining to ensure on time completion of projects. Meanwhile, the individual will work in design transfer with target manufacturers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Be responsible fnew product development from concept to commercial launch, initiate follow up development timeline, work closely with internal cross-functional team external vendors to ensure design quality;
2. Be responsible fnew test method development capability expansion, test method validation, testing preparation implementation;
3. Design fabricate testing fixtures/jigs, conduct testing;
4. Coordinate external partners to complete the testing to support new product development;
5. Collaborates with peers to verify whether product meets internal external customer requirements;
6. Provide timely analytical support to product development as well as product sustaining including but not limited to medical device analysis, packaging material analysis, stability sample testing, etc.;
7. As a team member, significantly contribute to completion of various project activities, including product specification definition, risk analysis, design reviews, design verification, design validation, design transfer to manufacturing;
8. Working with target manufacturer fdesign transfer activities;
9. Design stage documentation drafting releasing.
SKILLS ABILITIES（技能）
1. Education & Experience:
a) Bachelwith at least 5 years Medical Device R&D experience; Master with at least 3 years relevant experience;
b) Majin Mechanical Engineering equivalent;
c) Experience of working with international team is plus.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
a) Quick learning skill;
b) Excellent communication skill;
c) Proactive self-motivated team player.
3. Language
a) Good verbal written in English.
DESIRABLE（优先条件）
1. Highly preferred – Technical experience in Neurovascular Coil
2. Technical experience in PTA, PTCA, peripheral vascular catheters, neurovascular catheters, interventional coils and/vascular access devices, are strongly preferred;
3. Have strong understanding of Design Control, Change Control, Design Verification Validation Procedure;
4. Rich-experience on Medical Device NPD & NPI projects, especially in peripheral neurovascular interventional;
5. Decent product development skills such as mechanical designing design fmanufacturability would be preferred.
6. Thorough knowledge of laboratory instrumentation e.g. Instron, metrology LabView program;
7. Good knowledge of MSA, DOE, statistical techniques, Minitab;
8. Excellent ability on in-depth data analysis testing protocol/report writing;
9. Have excellent project management capabilities.
10. Capable of developing objectives, work plans measurements that are aligned with project needs then execute efficiently;
11. Demonstrate experience in meeting project timeline with high quality work.
